Superb Optical Character Recognition (OCR): The OCR engine is highly accurate. Critically, the output quality and results consistently surpass those of other PDF editors I have tested.

Advanced Image Handling: A powerful feature is the ability to read and render iPhone HEIC pictures (converting them to JPEG), which is a compatibility gap my other PDF editors failed to bridge. your product is really good! Working with it is very easy, and it has every function I need to create or edit PDFs.

I've been using PDF-XChange Editor now for about 2 weeks, and I must say that I'm very impressed with the plethora of features available! I have to code a lot of PDF documents, and my process has been made much simpler with the "stamps" I can use and easily add text for additional information that's needed. I've also had to extract pages, move pages, insert pages and reorder pages, and all the functions worked very well. The best feature is that this software is not subscription-based, which I really appreciate. For those who need a PDF document editor, I would highly recommend PDF-XChange Editor - it's exceed all my expectations!

The PDF-XChange Editor is easy to use and ranges from simple PDF edits to creating practical forms. The export of form data and text recognition (OCR) could be improved.

Easy to use and all functions which are needed, no matter it is just showing PDFs or advanced operations such comparison or editing.

I am the technology manager for a nonprofit organization. We found PDF-XChange after Adobe changed the terms of their nonprofit program to basically exclude us. The sales and support staff at PDF-XChange were able to answer all my questions promptly and accurately. They have things setup in a way that makes it easy to get the number and type of licenses we need and offer them at a price that makes sense for a nonprofit.
Our staff has quickly adapted to using PDF-XChange editor plus, even those who say their technologically challenged!

PDF-XChange Editor is simple to use and a great value. I also appreciate the one-time purchase option. I don’t need a PDF editor for personal stuff too often, so it was nice to have something I could purchase affordably to use from time to time.

The layout is clear, with ribbon-style menus similar to Microsoft Office. Tools are well-categorized. However, for first-time users, the interface may look slightly crowded due to the number of features available.

I am extremely pleased. There is a bit of a learning curve, but it's great software to work with once you master it. You'll find nothing greater for the money, I know because I searched the Internet and big box stores before I came across this gem.

I like everything.
But I use less of the possibilities.

I like to modify existing PDF-Files.

I love the package, it has everything I need. There aren't any missing functions, which is super nice to get a whole product.
The UI is rather industrial and it feels like there are too many ways to rome, but when you get a grip of what and where, you realise just how much is jam-packed into that software.
Love the app size - it all done in a few hundred megs, that's great and it doesn't fill up RAM, even better.

I love the product and all the features that it offers.
However, occasionally it prompts me that I need the editor pro in order to use certain features for which I thought I had already purchased the editor pro - confusing at times, but overall very happy with the product and what it offers.
It would be great if it could work in conjunction with some document scanners like fujito scanner for which I had my scanner work with Adobe in the past.

Ii have only been using PDF-XChange Editor for a short time but I’m impressed with the clean and colourful interface and I love the powerful OCR function.
