I am trying to install the software. I have previously purchased a license, but I still get watermarks when the software is used.
The most likely cause of this issue is that you have installed a more recent version than your serial key allows, or you have not used the appropriate key for your product.
Note: If you are moving from an old PC to a new one then you should uninstall the software from your old computer before proceeding.
The first step is to determine which product your license covers, and to check that the license key you're using is the correct one. If you still have access to the old installation of the software then you can check the version information in the Help > About window in order to verify you're using the same version in the new installation.

Note that if you purchased the software from our website after 2010, an account will have been created automatically in our system. The default username is the email address that you specified when creating the account.
If you have forgotten your account password, then please use the password recovery system to reset it. Fill in your email address and then click Restore Password:
You will then receive an email as detailed below:
You can use the link in the email to reset your password. When you're resetting the password, please include a capital letter, symbol, and number to enhance password security.
Once you have filled out the password fields, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can enter your new password.
If you experience problems with logging in to your account after following the steps described above, please send an email to support@pdf-xchange.com with any relevant information you have, such as your serial key and account details.
After successfully logging in, you will see a Welcome page that details your license keys. If the key state is active, and you have active maintenance, downloading the current latest version will be free. If the key state is expired, you will notice a renewal discount and may wish to upgrade to the latest version. However, you can still use these keys with the prior versions for which they are still valid. Click the Download button to download older versions of the software. Note that these installers are only available for 90 days after the expiration of maintenance.
