I use PDFxchange to prepare, edit, collate, and sign documents for issue to clients, and to review/ mark-up technical drawings and reports. I find the tool easy to use, though I do not use its full functionality.

I often have to collate comments made on documents into a spreadsheet format and I have found that the export of comments was not simple. I wrote a simple Python script, or AI wrote it, to translate the data. Being able to export to a csv file would be a great upgrade, and would save user post processing.

Love the complete solution! I was able to eliminate a few tools (paid & open source) through a single solution. It also seems pretty solid, so far no bug that I was able to find. Very refreshing.

The downside is that the interface (ribbon bars specifically) is really condensed. There is so much there it is hard to know what you are looking for. As a UX designer I keep looking at thing trying to think through a better design and so far the only approach I came up with Is another panel on the right that can appear when needed that is context sensitive to the currently selected ribbon that has the less common features.

I also really wish you offered a solution for Android that included annotation features (not a complete editing suite but something to at least annotate PDFs).

There have been times when I have bought some software that hasn't lived up to expectations. This isn't one of them. I recently purchased PDF-XChange Pro and I can say, without any hesitation, that this is one of the best pieces of software I have ever bought - and I've been around the block a few times. What excels, is the attention to detail. I find myself saying repeatedly, "Nice touch...". What thrills, is the completeness of the features. No more hunting and pecking between different software for different features. Everything comes in the box. All-in-one. There is nothing half-baked about PDF-XChange Pro. It's intelligently designed and bulletproof. They have earned the right to use the word "Pro". I haven't looked back. I wholeheartedly recommend PDF-XChange Pro. It's worth every penny.

It works better than Adobe Acrobat, no fuss no bother. Which is just what you want.

It has all the functionality we used in Adobe Acrobat and in some instances just had a better UI and was easier to use.

I chose pdf exchange being fully featured editor with all the tools for working with pdf forms. Very important is being able to import/export Micddrosoft Office files. With scanned images, ocr support is a critical need, and with registered forms and contracts, digital signing is sop today.

Just recently purchased, experience is limited. Tax return filing next up mid April. That will be a good test.

I recently purchased a license to PDF-XChange PRO and have started using it. Previously, I used (another PDF Application). My reason for switching is that (other PDF Application) no longer provides perpetual licenses for their software while PDF-XChange PRO does provide a perpetual license. I am still in the early phase of getting to know PDF-XChange PRO and my early impressions are quite positive. I find the software easy to use and it has many features that I find very useful (as I did with (Previous PDF Application)). I'm a happy customer and look forward to getting to know the software better as I continue to use it. Based on my initial impressions, if anyone is looking to switch from (other PDF Application), definitely give PDF-XChange PRO consideration as a very viable alternative.

The function set is great :-) We are full satisfied.

One thing we're missing: a version for MacOs. We are using Windows and MacOS devices. Therefore, it would be a great thing to have a version for apple devices.

For the annual cost this is a good product, I find a few things that are not working or missing that I need. The CRTL V does not paste, does nothing. One very annoying thing is that you cannot UNFLATTEN, why I do not know.

Stamps are not easy to generate especially Dynamic ones requiring a date / time update each time. Still cannot get it to work.

Early user as many years with REVU has spoilt me. However there costs have become too expensive for me.

Das Programm ist sehr gut. Ich habe es bisher bei meinem Arbeitgeber genutzt und nutze jetzt zwei Lizenzen privat. Die vielen Möglichkeiten, z. Bsp. das maßstabsgenaue Zeichnen, machen das Programm sogar zu einem CAD-Programm. Es fehlt noch eine Möglichkeit zur 3D-Darstellung.

Super Fast Opens large files in a snap, no lagging at all. Performance is smooth.
PDF-XChange has all the basic tools
perpetual license which is much cheaper than paying other monthly subscription.
The free version is actually very useful for basic viewing and annotation
If you're looking for a PDF editor that has all around features This Highly recommend!
